Our approach

What Makes AnyTribe Different

We don't just run influencer campaigns — we build creator systems that perform.

Principle 01

Start with the audience, not the influencer

We identify who needs to be influenced, then match them with the creators their audience already trusts — rather than starting from a follower list.

Principle 02

Design content to perform, not just to post

We shape hooks, angles and formats built to drive awareness, engagement and conversion — the brief specifies the job, not only the mention.

Principle 03

Build collaborations that feel authentic

The best-performing content happens when brand objectives meet creator voice naturally. We protect the voice that earned the audience.

And one more: every campaign is briefed with what happens after the post — seeding, amplification and search are planned in, not added on.

Operating model

How AnyTribe Works

A repeatable loop designed to improve creator fit, campaign quality and performance over time — each cycle briefs the next one better.

  1. 1

    Influence

Source creators the target audience already trusts.

  2. 2

    Creative

Shape content angles that feel native and persuasive.

  3. 3

    Execution

Manage briefing, alignment, posting and approvals.

  4. 4

    Learning

Track content performance and audience response.

  5. 5

    Scale

Double down on top-performing creators, formats and platforms.

The loop is the product. A one-off campaign gets you one data point; the same team running the next round already knows which creators, hooks and formats to reach for.

Creator coverage

Nano to Premium — Matched to the Job

Each layer does something the others can't, and most strong campaigns use more than one.

Nano

1K – 10K

What it does best

Trust and volume — a density of genuine mentions

Where we deploy it

Seeding, honest reviews, always-on presence, FAQ-heavy products

Micro

10K – 50K

What it does best

Niche authority and the strongest cost-per-engagement

Where we deploy it

Product education, tutorials, category conversion, retail moments

Mid-tier

50K – 250K

What it does best

Reach that still reads as relatable

Where we deploy it

Campaign backbone, launch support, sustained visibility

Macro

250K – 1M

What it does best

Broad awareness in a single hit

Where we deploy it

Launches, hero moments, event anchors

Premium

1M+

What it does best

Brand stature and mainstream cut-through

Where we deploy it

Brand-building, endorsement, national campaigns

Most campaigns we run are a blend — a premium or macro anchor for stature, a micro layer for conversion, a nano layer for volume and proof.

Why we lead with the lower tiers

The Nano & Micro Layer Earns Its Place

Reach is the easiest thing to buy and the least useful thing to buy alone. The lower tiers are where trust, efficiency and iteration speed live.

  • Higher trust through relatability. A recommendation from someone who looks like your buyer carries further than an endorsement from someone who doesn't.
  • Stronger engagement through niche relevance. Smaller audiences are self-selected around a subject, so the content lands on people who already care about it.
  • Lower CPMs and faster iterative testing. More creators for the same spend means more angles tested, and a clear read on which hook deserves to be scaled.
  • Better fit for community activation and FAQ-heavy products. Products that need explaining need creators who can answer in the comments.

Proof from our own campaigns

RM 5.31

The trade-off, stated plainly

Efficiency is not the same as stature. Nano and micro buy you trust and cost efficiency. They do not buy you fame. When the objective is national awareness or brand stature, we anchor the campaign with macro or premium talent and use the lower tiers to carry the conversion layer beneath it.
